Informal Rules
1. Users should provide trustworthy personal information where required.
2. Project information should be detailed and adequate.
3. Drafters should complete projects on time and with professionalism.
4. Users may not disclose to anyone or anywhere information about projects and jobs provided on cadground.com including project providers' contact information.
5. In case, the rules stated above are violated, please contact
us at abuse@cadground.com immediately.

Registration and Financial Responsibility
1. Registration at cadground.com is free for clients. Features of the website allowing drafters and drafting agencies to contact clients and to post their profiles online require annual fee according to the rates stated on CAD Ground website.
2. Annual fee should be paid via either 2checkout.com, our payment system provider, or via our affiliate payment provider Clickbank.com. In order to purchase full membership, users are required to register and pay the annual fee.
3. Users become full members once the payment is received by CAD Ground. Users will receive order confirmation from CAD Ground via email once the payment is approved. 2Checkout.com payment service provider will issue an invoice once a payment is made. Make sure that you keep it at a safe place. All fees are non-refundable.
4. There are no annual fees for clients (outsourcing CAD
projects). Only drafters and draftering agencies are required to purchase full
membership in order to take full advantage of cadground.com website.

Regulations
1. CAD Ground reserves the right to revoke a user's membership without warning when illegal activities are observed or if a user does not follow cadground.com rules and regulations.
2. The email and other personal information provided by users is used to provide contact between drafters and clients - outsourcers. CAD Ground respects privacy of users and pledges to protect all provided information against misuse.
3. The User is giving its consent to personal data processing by
CAD Ground, presented during registration of the account, related with
services rendering. The User declares, he/she is well acquainted to his/her right to inspect and to correct his/her personal data. CAD Ground is
committed to protect the
confidentiality
of a user's data. The User
declares that he/she has acquainted with the present agreement and he/she is committing
him/herself to its observance.

Disclaimer
The customer understands and agrees with the fact that CAD
Ground does not control and is not responsible for the content of data,
scripts, or other information passing through CAD Ground's database. CAD
Ground services are provided on customers own risk. No warranties connected with CAD Ground services are
made, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose. CAD Ground makes no warranties that its services will
be uninterrupted or error free. CAD Ground does not guarantee that any
specific results can be obtained by using its services. CAD Ground cannot be
liable for the content of any data transferred or stored by its users on its
servers. No kind of advice or information, written or oral, given by a CAD
Ground employee, owner or agent can be viewed as a warranty of any kind.
In case of any claim against CAD Ground, resulting from a customers
violation of law or the above Terms of Use, the customer will pay all damages,
as well as attorney fees.
The terms of the Disclaimer section shall survive any termination of this
agreement.
